Converting MultiReader's Tag History epoch time

MultiReader's tag history files contain a 13 digit time stamp that represents the number of seconds that have passed since 1/1/1970.
Below is an excel formula that converts the epoch time in MultiReader to a standard time format we can all understand. After using the formula, you will need to format the cell for date and time.
A1 = cell reference
6 = Timezone Offset (this is Central Standard time / Mountain Day Light Savings Time)
3600 = Number of seconds in an hour
86400 = Number of seconds in a year
25569 = Excel hack because excel counts epoch from 1/1/1900 and most others start at 1/1/1970.
