Due to component end-of-life and the associated complexity of maintaining firmware support and regional certifications, Impinj is initiating the end-of-life process for the following Impinj xArray gateway SKUs:
- EU1
- GX1
- GX2
- GX3
- JP2
This notice does not impact the FCC or EU2 Impinj xArray gateway SKUs.
The objective of this notice is to allow for your appropriate planning and the opportunity for last-time purchases. Please note the list of impacted products and critical milestone dates in the tables below and take the necessary steps to meet your requirements.
By placing an last-time-buy order on or after October 4, 2023, you agree that your order will be non-cancelable and non-refundable. Impinj’s current limited inventory of GX1, GX2, GX3, and JP2 xArray gateways will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that no additional orders for EU1 (865-868 MHz) xArray gateways can be accepted because Impinj no longer has inventory of that SKU. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are here to partner with you in your transition.
