Impinj has begun the end-of-life (EOL) process for the Impinj Monza 4D and Monza 4E tag chips. The objective of this notice is to allow for appropriate planning as these tag chips are phased out and offer you the opportunity to purchase remaining inventory. Orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until Impinj’s supply of Monza 4D and 4E tag chips is depleted. Orders must be received by Impinj on or before June 28, 2024 and must have a requested ship date from Impinj on or before December 30, 2024.

The following terms apply to all last-time-buy orders (orders placed on or after December 18, 2023) notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the applicable purchase and sale documentation:
- All last-time-buy orders are non-cancelable, non-reschedulable, and non-returnable (“NCNR”)
- You acknowledge that Impinj will not have an alternative use or market for the affected products and therefore you will not be able to reduce your obligation to pay the full purchase price
