Product Change Notification: End of Support for Impinj E Family Reader Chip SDK v1.2, v1.1, and v1.0

Dear Impinj Customer,

This notification is to inform you that Impinj is initiating the end-of-support (EOS) process for the Impinj E Family reader chip SDK V1.2, V1.1, and V1.0 (SDK V1.x). The objective of this notice is to allow time to plan your migration to Impinj E Family SDK V2.1 or later releases. The Impinj Reader Chip SDK Porting Guide is available to help with this migration.

The Impinj E Family SDK V2.1 includes support for Impinj Gen2X that speeds inventory, increases tag read range, declutters environments, protects consumers, inhibits label and item counterfeiting, and reduces cost.

Please note the critical milestone dates below and take the necessary steps to meet your needs. E Family SDK V1.x support will only be available on highly critical bug fixes or security updates through the end-of-support date. While RAIN RFID readers, printers, and modules utilizing E Family SDV V1.x will continue to operate as designed, no Impinj technical support will be available on E Family SDK V1.x after the end-of-support date below.
